2 Years and a Video I never Posted

David and I just celebrated our two year wedding anniversary, which is crazy because it feels like not too long ago that I was blogging about wedding planning!

I realized that while I did a ton of work to make an awesome wedding video (which I put to DVD), I never shared it online! It’s below; note that the first 18 minutes are a video slideshow of the whole wedding weekend (set to music associated with it) and the second 18 minutes are the actual wedding ceremony. Enjoy!

Happy 4th Birthday to the sweetest little firefighter I know! #jdncakes

Just kidding! Maui’s duplicate is not up for grabs. His name is Oliver Pickle and he belongs to a family who adores him. And we adore him too. We had him for an extended long weekend and these brothers had a blast together! They are littermates, but we call Maui the older brother because he’s ever so slightly bigger. #mrmauiwowee

We accidentally ran Maui through a photocopier and now we have a duplicate. ❤️ Does anyone want one? #mrmauiwowee

On the streets of Tulum

We missed our puppy while in Mexico, so I made a photo series of the doggies we met while there. This includes one on the beach who stayed with us for a half hour, then followed us home, and broke my heart to lock her out. Lotsa sweet boys and girls.

Thank you for all of the birthday wishes! Turning 40 is a bummer but doing it in Mexico was fabulous. We went on an organized tour - first to Mayan ruins and the jungle, then a boat ride across a lagoon through a canal, across another lagoon, to float through a canal. The tour company presented me a cake with a firework candle and sang, which was really sweet. We got sunset rooftop drinks and finished off the night with Argentine food. A birthday to remember!!
